We track how artificial intelligence is being applied to construction estimating, and we test it rather than trust it. New takeoff tools get run against our own completed projects, where the real quantities are already known, before they touch client work. Where the technology helps, we use it. Where it does not, we say so.
Our founder is completing graduate coursework in artificial intelligence at Johns Hopkins University.

Get it right on paper first
Most of what goes wrong on a facade package was decided before anyone reached the site. A dimension nobody checked, a type mark that never made it to the schedule, a detail that conflicts with the spec. We find those on the drawing board, where fixing them costs an afternoon instead of a crane day.
